I’m so happy you’re here. Either you’ve been sent our way by word of mouth, experienced 7 AIR in action, or stumbled upon us because you were searching for the best when it comes to “unlocking and activating your people.” All of those led you here, and we’re looking forward to working with you.
Stephanie Waite (Chief Executive Officer and Founder of 7 AIR) brings her vast experiences & success in strategy, change, leadership development and design to her highly customized work. As a people consultant and change strategist, Stephanie has worked internally and externally as a thought partner, executive coach, and trusted advisor for C-Suite executives in diverse industries and across various sizes of organizations (from mature start-ups of 50+ to non-profits to large Fortune companies and their Boards of Directors). She’s been called the, “Executive Whisperer,” and “Executive Jack-knife,” as she has been the go-to and “secret weapon” every executive needs in their role.
With her art + science background, she is masterful at identifying and breaking down highly complex ideas and challenges into simple, understandable blocks and items to tackle. And, with that, then translating the solutions into turnkey, highly adoptable and repeatable processes - this “scientific process” has become her forté - as she prides herself on the seamless transition, success and sustainability of everything she designs. Uniqueness is one of her core values, and she translates that by taking a highly customized approach when working with clients, and organizations.
An educator-at-heart, Stephanie currently serves as an Instructor & Lecturer for Northwestern University, School of Education and Social Policy’s Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change (MSLOC) program (Designing Organizational Effectiveness Certificate, DOEC), and previously served as a STEM educator and mentor early in her career.
She was invited to travel internationally to develop multi-national curricula with a global organization on environmental programs across Asia; and has explored education systems across the world, with the most culturally fascinating in the Galapagos Islands, Ecuador.
A key highlight in her Executive Leadership career, Stephanie served as the President, Board of Directors (2019-2021) of the world's largest chapter of the Association for Change Management Professionals (ACMP Midwest), successfully leading the Board and its membership through enormous global & socio-cultural shifts. Currently, she was selected to serve on the Ethics Review Committee for ACMP (2024 - present).
Stephanie shares her insights globally & nationwide, and is recognized for her transformational work in leadership development, strategy, culture and engagement, as sought-after speaker and published author.
